Enjoy the crunch party 🙂 Print Pin Light Asian Slaw Crunchy, fresh and vibrant food to cheer you up and make your body happy 🙂 Course Salad, Side Dish, StarterCuisine American, AsianKeyword 15-minute-meal, all seasons, easy, gluten-free, lactose-free, nut-free, raw Prep Time 15 minsTotal Time 15 mins Servings 4 people IngredientsVeggies1 bulb fennel1/2 red bell pepper1/2 yellow bell pepper1/2 tiny red cabbage (makes 120g)1/2 cucumberDressing3 tbsp orange juice2 tbsp lemon juice2 tbsp sesame oil2 tbsp rice vinegar1 tsp salt1/2 tsp black pepper2 tsp black and white sesame seeds2 tbsp sunflower seeds2 tbsp egg-free mayo - e.g. from my easiest mayonnaise recipe (optional) InstructionsSlice all vegetables into thin strips (juliennes). If you have a spiralizer or similar I recommend that for the cucumber. Add all the vegetables except the cucumber into a bowl with all the dressing ingredients.
