Servings 1 litres
Ingredients
- 1 litre apple juice
- 50 g fresh ginger
- 3 g fresh curcuma
- 1/4 tsp black pepper freshly ground
- 1 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp agave syrup sub with oHnig or dandelion honey if you can
Instructions
- Peel the ginger and curcuma. Add into a blender with all the ingredients and blend until smooth.
- If you want your shot to be free of little ginger strings, put the mixture through a sieve. I usually don't 🙂
Notes
Keeps in the fridge for 2 weeks minimum but it probably won't last you that long 🙂
