Course DrinksCuisine American, Asian, European, Middle-EasternKeyword 15-minute-meal, all seasons, drink, easy, immune-booster Prep Time 5 minsTotal Time 5 mins Servings 1 litres Ingredients1 litre apple juice50 g fresh ginger3 g fresh curcuma1/4 tsp black pepper freshly ground1 1/2 tbsp lemon juice1 tbsp agave syrup sub with oHnig or dandelion honey if you can InstructionsPeel the ginger and curcuma. Add into a blender with all the ingredients and blend until smooth.If you want your shot to be free of little ginger strings, put the mixture through a sieve.
