Immune Booster Shot

Ingredients

  • 1 litre apple juice
  • 50 g fresh ginger
  • 3 g fresh curcuma
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper freshly ground
  • 1 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp agave syrup sub with oHnig or dandelion honey if you can

Instructions

  • Peel the ginger and curcuma. Add into a blender with all the ingredients and blend until smooth.
  • If you want your shot to be free of little ginger strings, put the mixture through a sieve. I usually don't :)

Notes

Keeps in the fridge for 2 weeks minimum but it probably won't last you that long :)
